Websites on Mission to Reach Their Target Market

Introducing Marketplace

Web on Mission Marketplace is a group of businesses that are hosted by Web on Mission with an extra purpose of supporting ministries. Each vendor or business has their own website.  A small percentage of the online sales goes to the collective fund which supports a different ministry. The chosen ministry for the month sends out information about the web of sites. The vendors are rewarded with potential new customers and the ministry is rewarded with monetary support as customers supports small businesses. It is a win-win for all parties!

Services Available

Web on Mission supports local businesses by helping them present a professional web presence. It is fun and challenging. It also provides me with a unique opportunity to support local and distant ministries with websites that communicate a message. Please feel free to look at the sites I am associated with and leave a comment. If you are interested in a website or promotional material please visit the contact page.

Building websites and branding materials to support small businesses in their mission to reach their target market.

Carrying out the mission statement above enables me to fulfill my personal mission statement of using the gifts, talents and passions that God has given me to support ministries around the world as they share the gospel. Read more here.

There are so many great CMS (Content Management System) options available. They allow for the creation of a great looking custom site while granting easy access for the owner to update their own information. A few of the open source tools I use are WordPress, Squarespace, mySQL, & PHP.

Print media is also invaluable today even in our digital world. It is important to brand a company and to keep the brand consistent in all media uses. I enjoy using the Adobe suite of products to create logos, newsletters, business cards, t-shirts and other promotional materials for businesses and ministries.

Ministry Partners

Project Connect Nashville
Project Connect Nashville exists to help disconnected and vulnerable people build relationships with churches who will encourage and guide them, providing assistance when needed, educating and equipping them for the challenges each day brings, and celebrating every victory along the way.
Decisions Choices and Options
Decisions, Choices & Options exists to provide education for teens and the adults who care about them, regarding the decisions that come along with teen pregnancy. Using current, factual data on each of the three options — abortion, adoption, and parenting — we help students gain a better understanding of the short and long term effects of each choice.
Young Life of Hendersonville
Young Life doesn’t start with a program. It starts with adults concerned enough about kids to go to them, on their turf and in their culture, building bridges of authentic friendship. These relationships don’t happen overnight — they take time, patience, trust and consistency.
AIM Archers

Archers on International Missions – AIM,  was created to spread the gospel of Christ through archery workshops, speaking and trick shooting. Every people group in the world can relate to the ancient sport of archery, and we plan to use the excitement and focus used in archery to connect it to our walk with God!

How does Marketplace work?

How does the Marketplace work, and why should I buy here versus other websites? Or why should I host with Web on Mission as a business or partner as a ministry?

Web on Mission Marketplace is a group of businesses that are hosted by Web on Mission with an extra purpose of supporting ministries. Each vendor or business has their own website.  A small percentage of their sales goes to the collective fund which supports a different ministry each month. The chosen ministry for the month sends out information about the web of sites. The vendors are rewarded with potential new customers and the ministry is rewarded with monetary support as customers supports small businesses. It is a win-win for both parties!
What kind of businesses are in the marketplace?
The marketplace represents a variety of stores. Some are small businesses that offer their products online to expand their customer base. Some are families selling their crafts and products to raise funds for adoption or fellow missionaries. Some even represent some smart crafty young girls raising spending money for camp and special projects.
What is your turn around time?
The turnaround time to set up a website depends on many factors. The starting point for each business is different. Some already have a brand to design around, and others are just getting started designing or discovering their brand. An established business with just a few products will offer a quick turnaround time, while a new business just discovering their product and market will take a little more time.
How does the ministry partner receive the funds?
3.5% of each sale is collected in a separate account when the order is completed online. At the end of each month, Web on Mission will give the collected percentage from all the stores to the partner of the month.
